How To Do A Headstand

Prerequisites: None

A headstand, also known as the "tripod headstand", is a calisthenics exercise that builds finger and wrist strength, along with targeting the shoulders and triceps. The skills, balance, and strength developed through headstand training serve as an excellent foundation for advancing to more complex inverted calisthenic exercises, including handstands and other balancing poses. Start by mastering the basics and gradually progress up this skill tree until you can confidently perform a headstand.
